In December 2017, Rahim published A Wealth of Insight: The World's Best Luxury Hoteliers on Leadership, Management, and the Future of 5-Star Hospitality to critical acclaim. The book is being integrated into undergraduate and graduate coursework, and was hailed by Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, University of Nevada's Las Vegas Harrah College of Hospitality, and Les Roches Global Hospitality Education Switzerland, among other leading hospitality institutions, as required reading for all students and executives of luxury hospitality.

Rahim is now working on his second book, to be released in the fall of 2018, which will profile the world's best chefs on creativity, leadership, perfection and the future of food.
